aCube GmbH scans your documents in all formats from DIN A8 to DIN A0, your business cards or bank statements as well as special sizes quickly, securely and reliably. All digitised documents comply with the German Data Protection Laws and can be archived and reproduced at any time. What’s more, it does not matter whether you supply us with a single folder, a filing cabinet or an archive containing thousands of square metres of files. With the help of our high-performance scanners we can produce up to 150,000 pages per day in all shades/colours (black/white, grey scales or in colour). Upon request we can even prepare your documents for the scanning process—this includes: destapling your documents and the preparation of single-sided documentation. The high standards we set ourselves means that in respect of efficiency, security and effectiveness you can be sure of the highest quality.

So that a systematic search of documents can be made we run OCR software (optical character recognition) over all graphic pictures to make the PDFs searchable.
